What this policy covers
This policy explains how HVAC Specialists of Scottsdale handles information you send us through this website. It covers the request forms on this site and the phone number published here. It does not cover information you provide to a third party, such as your utility or an equipment manufacturer.
Information we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, city, the service you are asking about and any details you add. If you call us, we note the same information along with your service address so a technician can find you.
This website does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not track you across other sites. There is no login, no account and no shopping cart on this site.
Why we use it
- To call or email you back about the service you requested.
- To schedule a visit and route the nearest crew to your address.
- To prepare a written estimate and keep a record of the work we performed.
- To contact you about a scheduled appointment, including arrival updates.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not rent or trade your information to marketing lists.
- We do not send marketing text messages or emails unless you ask us to.
- We do not share your details with other contractors.
Who else may see it
Service records may be handled by the scheduling, accounting and payment processing services we use to run the business, and by a lender if you apply for financing with your consent. Those providers receive only what they need to perform that function. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to collect an unpaid invoice.
How long we keep it
Service records, including the estimate and invoice for work we performed, are kept as long as needed to honor warranties and meet Arizona record-keeping requirements. Request form submissions that do not turn into work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep. Email privacy@example.com or call (602) 555-1234 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for homeowners and adults arranging service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We limit access to customer information to employees who need it to schedule and perform work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we do not promise absolute security, but we do not retain more than we need.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
