About us

A Valley company, run by people who live in the Valley

We started in 2009 with one truck and a phone number. Fifteen years later we run three trades under one ROC licence, and our dispatchers and technicians still live in the neighborhoods they serve.

Locally owned since 2009 ROC # 123456 BBB accredited

Who we are

Three trades under one licence, on purpose

Most Valley homeowners juggle an AC company, a plumber and an electrician, then coordinate three schedules for one home improvement. We hold air conditioning, plumbing and electrical under ROC # 123456 so a single crew can handle a system changeout, its gas line, its electrical disconnect and the water heater in the same visit window.

That decision shapes everything about how we work: how our trucks are stocked, how our technicians are trained, and why we can quote a project as one number instead of three overlapping ones.

2009

One truck, one technician and a promise to quote the price before starting the work.

2015

Added plumbing and electrical licensing so homeowners stopped needing three contractors.

Today

A staged fleet across the metro, live 24/7 dispatch, and 412 verified reviews averaging 4.9 stars.

How we work

Four rules we do not bend

  • Written price before work. You approve an itemized number, and the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair.
  • Permits on permitted work. Equipment replacements, gas lines, panel changes and repipes get pulled and inspected, because your warranty, insurance and resale depend on it.
  • Measurements, not opinions. Static pressure, amp draw, subcooling and leak tests decide the recommendation, and we show you the readings.
  • Honest no's. If a system has years left, we say so. If the cheaper option is the right one, we price that first.

That last rule costs us jobs in the short term and is the reason most of our work comes from repeat customers and referrals.

Credentials and certifications

Arizona ROC # 123456 Licensed, bonded & insured NATE-certified technicians EPA 608 refrigerant certified BBB accredited business General liability & workers compensation

Continuing education, not just certification

Equipment changes every few years as refrigerant rules, inverter systems and controls evolve. Our technicians train on new equipment each spring before cooling season begins, which is when valley-wide call volume triples.

Background-checked technicians

Every technician who enters a home is background checked and drug screened, arrives in a marked truck with a photo badge, and will wait at the door until you are comfortable letting them in.
