Careers

Work somewhere that trains you instead of replacing you

The trades have a shortage of people who actually know how to diagnose equipment. We hire for attitude, train hard on measurement and diagnostics, and pay for the certifications that make a technician valuable for a career.

What we are hiring for

HVAC service technician

Two or more years of residential diagnostic experience, EPA 608 certification and a clean driving record. You will run no-cooling and no-heat calls, document findings with photos and quote your own repairs.

NATE certification is preferred; we will pay for the exam if you do not have it yet.

Plumbing service technician

Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, leak detection and residential repair work. Backflow certification is a plus and an opportunity for extra responsibility if you want it.

We cover continuing education and licence renewal fees.

Electrical service technician

Residential troubleshooting, panel work and circuit installation, with experience on EV chargers and generator hookups valued. Journeyman or equivalent experience required for lead work.

Permitted work only; we document every inspection.

Installation helper or apprentice

No trade experience required. You will start on install crews, learn the tools and the trade properly, and move into service work as your skills develop.

This is the path most of our lead technicians took.

What you get

Why technicians stay here

  • Paid training time. Manufacturer training and certification prep are on the clock, not on your own weekend.
  • Certification costs covered. NATE exams, EPA 608, backflow certification and licence renewals are on us.
  • Quality over volume. We do not push technicians to sell systems. Measure, diagnose, quote honestly and move on.
  • Real dispatch support. Live dispatchers who manage the schedule so you are not negotiating appointments from a ladder.
  • Trucks stocked properly. Parts you actually need, so fewer return trips and fewer apologetic calls to the customer.
  • Benefits and time off. Health coverage, paid time off and a schedule that does not burn people out in the summer.

We hire for people who want to be good at this trade long term, not for a season.
