Installation day, step by step
- In-home consultation. We measure, inspect the ducts and electrical, and explain trade-offs instead of steering you to one price point.
- Written proposal with options. Two or three equipment options, each with the price, projected efficiency and warranty terms in plain language.
- Permit and scheduling. We pull the mechanical permit, confirm the date, and order equipment so it is on site before the crew arrives.
- Install day. Floor protection, removal of the old equipment, new pad and line set, sealed connections, commissioning measurements.
- Walkthrough and inspection. We set up the thermostat with you, show the readings, register the warranty, and meet the city inspector.
