What we do

Four trades, one licensed Arizona contractor

Most Valley homeowners juggle an AC company, a plumber and an electrician. We hold all three trades under ROC # 123456, so one crew can handle the HVAC changeout, the gas line, the water heater and the panel upgrade in a single coordinated visit.

Emergency playbook

What to do when your AC stops working in Phoenix

Start with the thermostat, then the breaker, then the filter, then call us. That order saves most homeowners a service fee, and it tells the dispatcher exactly what to expect before the truck rolls.

  1. Check the thermostat. Make sure it is set to COOL, the fan is on AUTO, and the setpoint is at least 5 degrees below the actual room temperature.
  2. Reset the breaker once. If it trips again immediately, leave it off and call us. A breaker that keeps tripping is a symptom, not the problem.
  3. Look at the condensate pan. A full drain pan trips the safety float switch and shuts the outdoor unit down even though nothing is broken.
  4. Swap the air filter. A clogged filter chokes airflow, freezes the coil and turns a $20 part into a $600 repair.
  5. Call (602) 555-1234. If the indoor temperature is climbing past 85 degrees, stop troubleshooting. Heat illness risk climbs fast in an Arizona afternoon.

Arizona ROC # 123456 Licensed, bonded & insured NATE-certified technicians EPA 608 refrigerant certified BBB accredited business Written pricing before work begins

Upfront pricing, no surprise invoices

Every job starts with a written, itemized price. You approve it before a technician opens a panel or cuts a pipe, and the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair. If a part is not needed, we say so.

Parts stocked for Arizona failures

Capacitors, contactors, blower motors, ignitors, thermostats and common plumbing fittings ride on every truck. That is why most repairs finish in one visit instead of two.

Local, not a franchise call center

Our dispatch desk is in Scottsdale and our technicians live in the Valley. They know which neighborhoods have original 1980s ductwork and which slab foundations hide older copper.

Financing for the big jobs

A failed compressor in July rarely waits for payday. Approved applicants can finance replacements and major repairs with monthly payments, including 0% promotional plans for qualified buyers.

Questions

Answers to what Valley homeowners ask most

Most AC repairs in the Phoenix metro run $180 to $650 depending on the failed part. A capacitor or contactor replacement sits at the low end, while a blower motor, compressor or refrigerant leak repair sits at the high end. You get the price in writing before we start, and the $89 diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair.

Yes. A dispatcher answers live 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and we run overnight emergency crews through the summer. Most after-hours AC calls in the metro are handled the same night.

For emergency AC and plumbing calls we target arrival within 90 minutes anywhere in the Greater Phoenix metro, and same-day arrival for standard appointments booked before noon. Peak-season afternoons in July and August are the one time we ask for a little patience.

Yes. We hold Arizona ROC license # 123456 for air conditioning, plumbing and electrical work, carry general liability and workers compensation coverage, and every technician is NATE-certified and EPA 608 certified for refrigerant handling.

We do. Approved applicants can finance a replacement system or a major repair with monthly payments, including 0% promotional plans for qualified buyers. Ask your comfort advisor for the current options in writing before you sign anything. See financing options.

Twice a year: a cooling tune-up in spring before the heat arrives and a heating check in fall. Units that run through a Phoenix summer without a coil cleaning lose efficiency fast and are far more likely to fail in July. Our AC maintenance plan covers both visits.
