What land clearing involves
We start with a walk-through to mark what stays and what goes - property lines, protected trees, wetlands setbacks and utility easements all get flagged before equipment moves. Then the tracked loader with a tree grapple pulls brush and timber, the crew cuts anything too big for the grapple, and everything feeds the chipper or goes on the haul truck.
What you are left with is a clean, walkable, graded surface - ready for a foundation, a septic design, a garden, or just a view. We can stop at rough clearing, or grind stumps, grade the pad and seed it for a finished look.

Safety & equipment
Clearing runs on heavy iron, so site rules are strict: flagged boundaries, a spotter on the loader at all times, and no one inside the work zone. We check for buried lines and call 811 for utility locates before we dig. Timber with value gets set aside for firewood or milling instead of chipped - good wood is never wasted.

How the job runs
